  1. Hi Janelle. I think you’ve given a very good summary of the issues to be addressed when deciding whether to go the merchant account route or stick with a third party aggregator. One small point: You mention that “The money saved for selling in volume, and the higher level of credibility that a merchant account lends is well worth the application fee.” Most merchant account providers do not charge an application fee these days due to the extreme competition amongst them. Just a small point, but ti thought it worth mentioning.
